We specialize in high quality, professional bicycle repairs and maintenance, custom bike builds, and helping customers find their perfect ride whether they are new to cycling or ready to get their next race bike. We offer standard and Retul fits to help cyclists get the most comfort and power out of their riding experience. Our team aims to make this a comfortable place for all cyclists regardless of skill level, creed, race, gender or orientation. Co-owner of Earl's Bike Shop, Sierra can be found on the scene and behind it. Sierra is in charge of design, and overall business running. She proudly keeps the shop's many plants green.

Service Manger and all around genuinely nice guy, Josh makes sure your bike is tuned, taken care of, and ready to get shreddy. Josh wants you to enjoy the ride and feel comfy while you're doing it. See him for your next bike fit!

Service pro, custom bike builder, resident incense burner, Ben brings it all everyday to make sure your bike is living it's best life. Ben's secret talent is his ability to take the sickest photos of bikes and customers in action.
